       THE CLIENT       
☁ ﹕ᅠ﹙ ᅠThe client understands that the commission is for personal use unless they have paid the fee for public use.
☀ ﹕ᅠ﹙ ᅠThe client understands that they must credit me as the artist of the commissioned artwork.
☁ ﹕ᅠ﹙ ᅠThe client understands that they are not permitted to use my artwork in any type of AI system or use it as an NFT.
☀ ﹕ᅠ﹙ ᅠThe client understands that they are not permitted to use any images, screenshots, sketches, or work-in-progress material from the creation process, nor any images from my portfolio.
☁ ﹕ᅠ﹙ ᅠThe client understands that leaving a review is mandatory.

       THE PAYMENT       
☀ ﹕ᅠ﹙ ᅠPayment must be made 100% upfront before I begin the artwork, OR 50% before I begin the artwork and 50% before the finished artwork is delivered.
☁ ﹕ᅠ﹙ ᅠIf the commission is already in progress, there will be no refund in the event of cancellation, unless the cancellation was made by me.
☀ ﹕ᅠ﹙ ᅠPayment must be made via PIX or Wise. Any other form of payment, such as fictional currency or in-game currency, will be refused.

       THE ARTIST       
☁ ﹕ᅠ﹙ ᅠAs the artist, I retain the rights to the artwork produced.
☀ ﹕ᅠ﹙ ᅠAs the artist, I may use the artwork for posts on my social media and include it in my portfolio.
☁ ﹕ᅠ﹙ ᅠAs the artist, I reserve the right to refuse any request that makes me feel uncomfortable or uneasy.
☀ ﹕ᅠ﹙ ᅠAs the artist, I make it clear that a commission may be canceled at any time if I am not treated appropriately.

       THE PROCESS       
☁ ﹕ᅠ﹙ ᅠThe artist asks that the client provide as many visual references as possible. If this is not possible, the client should describe their request in as much detail as they can.
☀ ﹕ᅠ﹙ ᅠThe estimated waiting time can be up to 1 month at most, starting from the moment I confirm that I have begun working on the commission. If this deadline is exceeded, the final price may be reduced.
☁ ﹕ᅠ﹙ ᅠWhenever possible, I will keep the client updated on the progress of their artwork.
☀ ﹕ᅠ﹙ ᅠDuring the sketching stage, the client may request necessary changes up to 5 times. After that, additional changes will be charged according to the difficulty and the current stage of the artwork.
